2017年9月10日,上品为北京地铁一(yi)二(er)号线设计(ji)的(de)安(an)全(quan)门顺(shun)利安(an)装(zhuang)完毕,结束了这条新中国最早地铁无安(an)全(quan)门的(de)历史(shi),至(zhi)此,北京市全(quan)部19条地铁线路均实现(xian)安(an)全(quan)门防护,补全(quan)了最后一(yi)块安(an)全(quan)拼图(tu)。

此(ci)次设(she)计主(zhu)要(yao)有(you)(you)三(san)(san)大(da)难点:一(yi)是(shi)节能(neng)作用(yong)。一(yi)号(hao)线(xian)的(de)(de)(de)所有(you)(you)轨(gui)道(dao)(dao)主(zhu)要(yao)通(tong)过第(di)三(san)(san)轨(gui)道(dao)(dao)导电(dian)。然而(er)(er)一(yi)号(hao)线(xian)安(an)装安(an)全(quan)(quan)门的(de)(de)(de)优(you)势(shi)在于一(yi)定的(de)(de)(de)空(kong)(kong)间(jian)内(nei)可(ke)(ke)产生(sheng)空(kong)(kong)气截流,有(you)(you)了(le)截流就能(neng)够产生(sheng)节能(neng)。第(di)二是(shi)解决(jue)噪(zao)(zao)音问题(ti)。尤(you)其(qi)是(shi)在地(di)(di)铁进站(zhan)时可(ke)(ke)以有(you)(you)效(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)帮助乘(cheng)客(ke)避免大(da)量的(de)(de)(de)噪(zao)(zao)音,这一(yi)点可(ke)(ke)以在一(yi)号(hao)线(xian)沿线(xian)站(zhan)台和其(qi)他线(xian)路(lu)能(neng)感受到鲜明的(de)(de)(de)对比。第(di)三(san)(san)是(shi)提(ti)(ti)高地(di)(di)铁停(ting)靠的(de)(de)(de)精度(du)。一(yi)号(hao)线(xian)地(di)(di)铁驾驶员在地(di)(di)铁进站(zhan)出(chu)站(zhan)有(you)(you)时会因为(wei)无法(fa)准确掌握进出(chu)站(zhan)位(wei)置二使得列车停(ting)靠有(you)(you)所偏(pian)移,而(er)(er)如(ru)有(you)(you)安(an)全(quan)(quan)门提(ti)(ti)供参考标(biao)准的(de)(de)(de)情况(kuang)下,只需要(yao)看安(an)全(quan)(quan)门上的(de)(de)(de)指示红灯就能(neng)确定。第(di)四就是(shi)间(jian)接的(de)(de)(de)保护作用(yong)。如(ru)果在地(di)(di)铁站(zhan)内(nei)发生(sheng)火(huo)灾或临时调动(dong),安(an)全(quan)(quan)门可(ke)(ke)以起到保护作用(yong),通(tong)过闭门让地(di)(di)铁直接通(tong)过到下一(yi)站(zhan)来提(ti)(ti)高整条线(xian)路(lu)的(de)(de)(de)安(an)全(quan)(quan)性。

 

北京地铁1号线建成于(yu)1969年(nian),1971年(nian)开始运营(ying),是全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)国首条地铁线路,当时(shi)尚无加(jia)装(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)站(zhan)(zhan)台(tai)(tai)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)门(men)(men)(men)的(de)(de)(de)理念和先例(li),车站(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)站(zhan)(zhan)台(tai)(tai)宽度(du)较(jiao)窄,站(zhan)(zhan)台(tai)(tai)板(ban)的(de)(de)(de)强度(du)未考虑安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)门(men)(men)(men)的(de)(de)(de)重量,给(ji)此次加(jia)装(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)门(men)(men)(men)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)带来很大(da)难度(du),同时(shi)增(zeng)加(jia)了很多工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)量。 安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)门(men)(men)(men)加(jia)装(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)主要(yao)(yao)包括四部分工(gong)(gong)作(zuo):一(yi)是接触(chu)轨改移,为给(ji)门(men)(men)(men)体(ti)安(an)(an)(an)(an)装(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)提供空(kong)间,需(xu)(xu)要(yao)(yao)将给(ji)车辆授电的(de)(de)(de)接触(chu)轨由站(zhan)(zhan)台(tai)(tai)侧(ce)改移到(dao)对侧(ce);二是站(zhan)(zhan)台(tai)(tai)板(ban)加(jia)固,由于(yu)1号线建设(she)时(shi)未预留安(an)(an)(an)(an)装(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)门(men)(men)(men)的(de)(de)(de)条件(jian),且已运营(ying)30-40年(nian),结构(gou)老(lao)化,站(zhan)(zhan)台(tai)(tai)板(ban)强度(du)不够(gou),无法满足直接安(an)(an)(an)(an)装(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)门(men)(men)(men)条件(jian),加(jia)装(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)门(men)(men)(men)需(xu)(xu)要(yao)(yao)先加(jia)固站(zhan)(zhan)台(tai)(tai)板(ban);三是门(men)(men)(men)体(ti)安(an)(an)(an)(an)装(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang),在(zai)各个车站(zhan)(zhan)安(an)(an)(an)(an)装(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)门(men)(men)(men)体(ti);四是测试(shi)(shi)调试(shi)(shi),安(an)(an)(an)(an)装(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)完成后需(xu)(xu)要(yao)(yao)先进(jin)行(xing)单体(ti)测试(shi)(shi),然后综合车辆、通(tong)信、信号、通(tong)风、弱电系统、火灾报警系统等专(zhuan)业的(de)(de)(de)匹配调试(shi)(shi),其中,每(mei)一(yi)组站(zhan)(zhan)台(tai)(tai)门(men)(men)(men)投入(ru)使用前(qian)需(xu)(xu)进(jin)行(xing)至少5000次开关门(men)(men)(men)试(shi)(shi)验(yan)。
